Rates
All rates include full breakfast daily and are based upon single or double occupancy. A 7% lodging tax will be added to all room rates. We have a two-night minimum and all rates are subject to change.
 
Deposit
A deposit in the amount of one night stay or 50% of your total booking amount (whichever is greater) will be charged to your credit card at the time your reservation is confirmed. Balance due 14 days in advance, will be charged to your card. For same-day reservations or reservations made within the 14 days arrival period, payment in full for your stay is required.
 
Method of Payment
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card. For payments made with a check, reservations must be secured with payment in full within 30 days of the arrival date.
 
Check in between 4 and 6 p.m. Special arrangements for late arrivals.
 
Checkout before 11 a.m.
 
Breakfast is served between 8 and 9 a.m.
 
Our inn may not be appropriate for children.
 
No pets please.
 
Sacred Sands is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is only permitted in certain areas outside specified by the innkeeper.
 
Cancellation Policy
In the event you cancel your reservation more than 14 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a full refund in the form of a transferable Gift Certificate for a future stay or a refund to your credit card less a $25.00 processing charge. If you cancel 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, the same refund options are available ONLY if the reserved room(s) can be re-booked. Otherwise, 50% of your total booking will be charged having held the reservation in good faith. No shows or cancellations under 48 hours will be charged the full reservation unless the room(s) can be re-booked. Early departures and changes in arrival dates are considered cancellations.
